Bulgari just unveiled its most complicated watch so far, the Octo Grande Sonnerie Perpetual Calendar, as well as a number of new additions to the Octo collection. WatchTime had the opportunity to spend some time with the models in person during today’s launch event at the Bulgari hotel in Shanghai.
Bulgari’s approach to design is based on more than a century of expertise and 135 years of creating high jewelry “at the intersection between Roman architecture inspiration and contemporary design.” A perfect example of this is the new Octo Monete.
The watch was first unveiled at the beginning of July in Rome. By the end of the month, it was already sold to a collector in Asia.
